CRES works with SELLERS who need or want to sell,
but don't want to repair or renovate their homes,
wait months for an approved buyer or pay a real
estate sales commission. CRES helps BUYERS with a
variety of solutions. Some buyers need time to save
for a larger down payment and others may need time
to solve credit issues. After they move in, we
try to help them with lenders so that they may be
able to qualify for a loan to buy the property.
